With the four big fashion weeks just around the corner, here at Motel we are getting excited for the all of the drama, the celebs, the catwalks, and the models! A model’s life backstage is one we’ve all dreamt of living, with personal designer fittings, trays of champagne and world-renowned hairdressers and make-up artists turning you into something beautiful. Plus, it’s something you get to enjoy with your equally beautiful friends! But make sure you’ve charged your phone – there’s also plenty of waiting around for the show to start!
Fashion sweetheart Carrie wore the vintage-inspired Davina Faux Fur Coat in Cream to London Fashion Week this season! It goes perfectly with her rust coloured dress and mauve tights – total vintage chic!
London Fashion Week is back for five fabulous days to showcase what every designer has been working up to…S/S 2013! We at Motel HQ can’t wait to get back to Somerset House after the amazing day we had at LFW in February. This season we’re thinking of working the Bryony Dip Hem Strappy Dress – an easy style statement that can tackle the unpredictable September weather. Representing our cousins across the pond, some flouro Jeffrey Campbell Litas are essential for raising the fashion stakes, upstaged only by some Lennon-esque sunnies and a classic Cambridge Satchel! We bumped into stunning Reena of the blog Fashion Daydreams at London Fashion Week wearing our beautiful Cillia Dress! Reena looked simply amazing in the black and nude dress with unique tattoo lace and sheer back. Contrast with patterned tights like Reena and team with lace up heels and lots of jewellery for the chicest look on the front row.
