Here at Motel we are always on the look out for different ways to be inspired and one of our favourite places in London has to be the Fashion and Textile Museum on Bermondsey Street! Currently celebrating the impact music and art has had on the development of fashion, this exhibition follows trends from the poodle skirt to 60′s mods and 70′s Punks! POP’s highlights also include some amazing original items from a variety of designers including our favourites Vivienne Westwood and Mary Quant, which definitely had us coveting a piece or two for our own wardrobes! We walked away unsure of which decade was our favourite but definitely inspired and wanting to head straight to a vintage market!
