We bumped into stunning Reena of the blog Fashion Daydreams at London Fashion Week wearing our beautiful Cillia Dress! Reena looked simply amazing in the black and nude dress with unique tattoo lace and sheer back. Contrast with patterned tights like Reena and team with lace up heels and lots of jewellery for the chicest look on the front row.

Louis Vuitton loved lace for AW11 and it is a key trend at Motel this season. Our tattoo print lace is beautifully detailed with polka dots and paisley swirls, and the crochet lace shows subtle skin flashes through sleeves. I thought it might be interesting to share with you some pieces from my Motel Shop, which could help transform your wardrobe from summer to autumn! Sometimes you feel like you need to change all your pieces but a few key items can be all you need to stay on-trend and stylish!
Motel Mabel Sheer Sweater in Black
This sweater is on-trend because it is so sheer, plus it can keep you warm! You could wear it on its own, put a jacket over it, or put it over a shirt or with a maxi/midi skirt. You can layer with it because of its thickness.
Motel Skinny Jordan Jean in Sapphire Blue
Jeans are always a hit. This pair in sapphire are even more statement but not too much of a crazy colour, so good if you don’t feel too comfortable wearing them in colours like red. Pair with a band tee, a jumper or a crop top (with a jacket over as its getting cold!). They are also super-comfy.
You may call me crazy for choosing something so short, but pair this playsuit with thick cosy tights, pop a chunky cardigan or blazer over and you’ve got yourself an autumn look! Playsuits are so versatile and you can get wear out of this all year round. You could even wear a jumper over this! Its one of my favourite pieces because I love layering, which is something which is a must here in the UK!
