Hi Lily! We love LLYMLRS and are so excited about your curated shop for the website! How do feel with all the amazing success of your blog at the moment?
It’s a little overwhelming because it’s all happened so fast, it’s one of those things you cant really get your head around. Like I dont really think of the scale of the people that do follow me or read my blog as its just too much to picture! I’m happy and so grateful though.
Can you describe your signature style?
I dont really have a set style, I like to mix it up and wear tons of different things. I just like clothes if I’m honest! I really like a mixture of black contrasted with girly pieces. I love wearing pink and black together at the moment.
What do you like the most about Motel?
I like the fact it has the same prints in different styles. I personally cant wear some of the body con stuff (too many lumps and bumps!haha!) so I find it great being able to have that same print in different dress styles. I tend to wear the more fit and flare stuff as its more flattering on my hourglass figure!
What’s your favourite item in your curated shop?
The Celeste Dress in Black is probably my favourite piece. I’ve been obsessed with it since I saw Charlene from Strutt in it. Its just really edgy and different. I like that!
Which piece would you consider a wardrobe essential?
My favourite piece I own is a high waisted pleated skirt I was sent a few months ago. I have to wash it multiple times a week at the moment as I seem to reach for it every single day! I’ve even considered getting another one just so I have another one to wear! I also love my Topshop Allegera boots, they were so expensive for me but I just adore wearing them!
Do you have a favourite Model’s Own polish?
Oh gosh I dont even know where to start! I love so many my current loves are Top Turquoise and Coral Reef, so easy to wear and seem to go with any outfit! I LOVE the Models own x WAH nails pens too, perfect for nail art n00bs like me!
What do you wear for a night out?
I normally wear a white dress of some description, I’m one of those girls who goes all out fake tan/hair/nails when they go out. I also wear massive heels, so basically a night out for me normally end in a fake tan/scuffed knees disaster!
Do you have any exciting plans this summer?
Not really, I’ve been working on a lot of blogging projects for various brands and sorting out some little bits and pieces I’ve been working on for a while. I really want to go to a festival but feel far too old to go to Reading & Leeds!
